Items are shipped Monday- Friday.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your orders to be processed.
Due to COVID-19 there may be some delays with shipment. Please allow 3 business days for processing and shipping time. Thank you for your patience!
Lost or Stolen items
Products are inspected before being packaged to ensure the best quality, once items are sent out Nael Belle collections is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items. We are also not responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have entered an incorrect address please contact us IMMEDIATELY at Naelbellecollections@gmail.com. Please make sure that you title the email with Help (Address change) to ensure a faster response. If we have not been contacted within 24 hours of your conformation email being sent your items will be sent to the address on file.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered and you failed to receive your package please contact the United States Postal Service.
Refund Policy
Incorrect / Missing items
We take full responsibility for mistakes made on our end! If you received a package with damaged or missing items please contact us ASAP at Naelbellecollections@gmail.com with your name, order number and proof that items are damaged, missing or incorrect. We will evaluate and do our best to correct our mistake. We appreciate your support and patience!
